Welcome to JAZILYN LASH CO. *please read before booking* BEFORE ARRIVAL Please come with clean lashes. No makeup or oils of any kind should be present on the lashes or face. RETAINER FEE A deposit is required for your appointment. This is NONREFUNDABLE The fee can be moved towards a different service ONCE. Remaining balance is due at the appointment and paid by card, cash, Zelle, or cashapp. LATE ARRIVAL - CANCELLATIONS Please cancel appointments 72 hours before hand. A 20% cancellation fee will be processed for any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment . No call/No shows will result in blockage from future bookings. Clients may reschedule with the same deposit once. After will require a new deposit for a new appointment. FILL INS Fill ins should be booked on a 1 to 3 week basis. Every clients lash cycle is unique. If it has passed the 3 week time frame or you have less than 40% of lashes left. It will be considered a full set. IMPORTANT Allergies can happen! Please alert me if you have any sensitivities. If an allergic reaction does occur please consult a doctor before I remove them. I do not offer refunds for time and products used. Client should not wear any contacts. Client has 72 hours to contact me about any abnormal fall out for a complimentary touch up. After 72 hours client is subiect to schedule a fill.
